The Yenika's Lupus Life Podcast aim is to empower other women living with lupus with knowledge of how to better manage their condition. 
Your host Yenika Ellison was diagnosed with Lupus in 2012 after being concerned of all the rashes that were taking over her skin and the burning sensation they would project on her. Getting the diagnosis wasn't an easy journey, she had to be persistent with her doctor to refer her to a specialist as he wasn't taking her concerns seriously. She had to make alot of adjustments to her life and want to help others with what she's learned on her journey to help them live a fulfilled life.
